【No.】: Based on the total traffic transmitted, total traffic is the sum of HTTP and HTTPS.
【Computer Name】: The name of the computer.
【IP Address】: The IP address of the recorded computer.
【MAC Address】: The MAC address of the recorded computer.
【Authentication Users】: If both web logging and internet authentication features are enabled within the control policy, this field will display the account authenticated for internet access by this IP.
【Flow】: Traffic flow that is related to the HTTP protocol.
【Export】: Export data related to the HTTP protocol.
➤ Clicking on the 【IP Address】 link will display more comprehensive internet usage records for that IP address, sorted by “count,” detailing the start and end times of each website visit.
【Website】: The name of the website being browsed.
Clicking on the link for the 【Website】 will display a list of valid URLs recorded for that website (as shown in the image below).

〖Time〗: The time of clicking on this URL.
〖Authentication Account〗: The account authenticated for internet access by this IP.
〖URL〗: The actual URL of the website. Clicking on the URL will open a new window displaying the webpage information the user was browsing at that time.
【Count】: The total number of valid URLs recorded for this website.
【Start Time】: The start time of browsing this website.
【End Time】: The end time of browsing this website.
Search for records stored in NG-UTM based on criteria such as date, computer name, IP address, and other features.

【Date】: Specify records within a designated time interval.
【Statistical By】: You can choose to statistically analyze based on IP or based on authentication.

【Computer Name】: Selecting a user by computer name.
【IP Address】: Selecting a user by IP address.

【Authentication Users】: The system will list all accounts, allowing you to select all or specific accounts.
【Website Search】: Search for specific URLs.
After clicking “Search,” all results of the web record query will be displayed. Like the operations in the today’s web record list, you can click on the IP address link to view detailed information.
